Renew your membership or become a new member using the application form below. Download the form, fill it out, then email and pay the membership by e-transfer to slosocvan@gmail.com. Alternatively, mail the form and a cheque to: 5762 Sprott Street, Burnaby, BC V5G 1T7. If you would like to fill out the form in person at the Slovenian Hall, feel free to speak with our Secretary or another member of the Committee at our next event.
